- Dr Kanika Govil MD is a USCIS designated Civil Surgeon. Our Immigration Physical Includes:
- Physical Examination
- Review of health records and vaccination history
- Bloodwork for RPR/MMR titers, Varicella titers/,TB interferon, Hepatitis B
- Urine test for Gonorrhea
- If deemed required: Vaccination for Tetanus/TDAP, Polio, MMR and Varicella, Hepatitis B are also offered in our office.
- The last step is to provide you with a Certified and Sealed I-693 form along with a copy for your record.
